Limitations
What still needs a person, what the rail has not opened yet, and what cannot be undone.
The basis for workarounds and honest conversations. Everything here is a statement about the product as specified, plus what the signed-in rail has actually opened.
Needs a person, by design

Works, with stated limits

| Very large enquiries | Document text is capped in total. Beyond the cap whole documents are dropped from the end |
| Product coverage | Flowmeters, level devices (gauges, transmitters and switch types) and pressure transmitters are scored. Anything else is categorised as something Flowtech does not make, and produces no quotation line |
| Rated limits for switches | Published switch datasheets leave temperature and pressure blank. Family-level figures are used; a specific model may be tighter. Verify against the latest datasheet before final selection |

Known data gaps (catalogue)

| Process factors are not evaluated yet | A header’s process factors are captured when the master is authored, but nothing filters, defaults or rules out an option against them yet — every option stays exactly as ruled out/unconfirmed as it already was |
On the rail today
Identity, offices, employees, roles, email enrolment and this handbook are live screens. Inbox, catalogue masters, quotations, sales orders, ERP handoff and MIS are in the product as specified; until each slice is on the screen the rail shows a placeholder that names it. That is a delivery fact, not a business-rule gap. See Capabilities.
Things that are irreversible
- Discarding a withheld option choice on a quotation cannot be undone.
- A document that failed to convert stays failed unless retried by hand.
- Deleting a user, a role, or a mailbox enrolment is permissioned and audited; it is not undone from the screen.
