Funnel, ageing and office performance — and what the audit log is for.

Conversion, ageing and office performance across the enquiry-to-order funnel. That is only answerable because stage history is written as it happens. A current-stage column cannot reconstruct how long a job sat in “quoted”.

Reports follow the same office union as the rest of the product: a stakeholder with all-office read sees every office interleaved; an office head sees theirs.

Access audit

The access audit log is not a sales report. It records who changed people, roles and grants — append-only. Preview-as sessions are visible there as the administrator, not as the person being previewed.

Who uses it

Stakeholders and office heads (report:view). A sales person does not get the office funnel by default.
