Mailbox management

Enrolling mailboxes, sync state, and what removing one does not delete.

Enrols a shared or personal mailbox against an office, shows sync state (last run, consecutive failures, last error), and lists delivered messages once mail is writing rows.

Rules that surprise people

  • Only enrolled mailboxes are synced (R46).
  • One mail process holds a single Graph delta cursor per mailbox. Two instances would fight over the cursor.
  • Removing a mailbox does not delete its conversations (R48). They stay reachable; the mailbox just leaves enrolment.
  • Outbound reply-to is the shared office mailbox even when the engineer is the from (R55). Customers reply to an address FlowOS syncs.
  • Internet message ids of sent mail are recorded (R56). Without that, delta sync would ingest our own quotation as a new inbound document.

Who uses it

Administrators (Email Management, employee mailbox panel). Sales people work what arrived; they do not add mailboxes.
