Inbox

The shared triage surface for everything Graph delivers.

The shared triage surface for everything Graph delivers. It is not Outlook and it is not a case board of one-thread-one-job.

What a row is

A conversation (email thread). Several conversations can belong to one opportunity — the commercial job — matched on the customer’s project reference, then project name, then our quotation number (R8). Treating the inbox as “one row = one quotation” is how related mail gets quoted twice.

Each row shows type, why it needs work (R9), office, and whether a quotation already exists. The office mark is how Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru sit in one list; there is no switcher.

What the business can do

  • Filter and search the open work.
  • Open the reading, the documents, and the quotation.
  • Close a conversation (“done for now”). New mail reopens it (R3).
  • Assign work (office head). Sales people see their own; stakeholders read across every office.

A reply that changes nothing does not put the row back in the processing queue (R10). A revised pressure does.
