You reach FlowOS in the browser after signing in. There is no public handbook;
a session is required.

## Sign-in doors

Two ways in, both on the same login screen:

- **Microsoft** — Entra ID for people whose tenant is enrolled.
- **Password** — an invited account that sets a password from a one-time link.

If the session expires, the app sends you back to login and then to the page
you were on.

## Office

Every person belongs to a home office. Some people also hold grants to other
offices. Lists show records from every office you can see, interleaved — there
is no "switch office" control. A borrowed office is a grant with a written
reason, not a mode. Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru rows can appear in the same
list; the office mark on the row is how you tell them apart.

See [Roles and access](/business/roles).

## The rail

The left rail is the product. Entries you do not have permission for are
hidden. Some entries are live screens; others name the slice that will carry
them and open a placeholder until that slice is on.

**Guide** at the bottom of the rail opens this handbook. It leaves the product
chrome for a docs sidebar. **Back to app** returns to the dashboard.

What is on a live screen today versus still arriving is in
[Capabilities](/business/capabilities) and the shorter
[rail list](/reference/capabilities).

## Preview as

Administrators who hold preview permission can look at the product as another
person. That is a signed-in preview, not a second login. Leave it from the
same menu you used to start it. Nothing they do in a preview is attributed to
the other person as if they had signed in.
