Business-visible changes. Engineering history stays in specs and git.

| Date | What changed |
| --- | --- |
| 2026-09-14 | Datasheet editor: a group now takes its first published master as its current one, so price relevance can be set on a newly authored datasheet; marking a header a Driver before publishing it now says why instead of appearing to work. |
| 2026-09-14 | Datasheet editor: saving a datasheet that has not changed no longer records a new version. An option whose pricing-library link cannot be resolved now reads "link broken" instead of "no price set". Corrected the `EARTHING MOC` and `SWITCH DETAILS` worked examples on the Decodification page. |
| 2026-09-10 | Decodification masters: a header can now name process factors, a parent header (gated and/or inherited independently of each other, inheriting narrowable to specific parent options), and options that mean "not applicable". |
| 2026-09-10 | Decodification Master: a driver row's charge method (fixed amount, by parameter, rate table, or base variant) is now chosen per option, with a live hint showing what's actually been priced in the Pricing Library. |
| 2026-09-08 | Pricing Library: removed the approval step — setting a price now takes effect immediately, one rate per price key, latest entry wins. Pricing reshaped around each item group's driver rows instead of a flat, value-level price. |
| 2026-09-07 | Added a Pricing Library permission (view / create / edit / delete / approve) to the role editor, covering the option library and option-rate approval workflow. |
| 2026-09-04 | Handbook opened in FlowOS, structured after the Flowtech process register: overview, capabilities, roles, glossary, lifecycles, rules, automatic behaviour, connected systems, limitations, workflows and features. Written for the complete product — login, offices, mail, catalogue, quotations, orders, ERP — not the proof of concept. |
